1. Service Overview

InspectCar provides pre-purchase vehicle inspection services in Bangalore, Karnataka. By booking an inspection, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Our inspections are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of the vehicle's condition.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to inspector availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp/Email. InspectCar reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in case of unavoidable circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled inspection time by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 9900368006. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Policy

• Pre-paid bookings cancelled 4+ hours in advance: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
• Cancellations within 4 hours: No refund, but booking may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
• Inspector unable to reach / access denied: Full refund processed within 5 business days.
• Pay on Inspection: No advance payment collected; nothing is charged if the booking is cancelled.

5. Inspection Report

The inspection report is provided digitally within 2 hours of the completed inspection. The report reflects the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only. InspectCar is not liable for any defects discovered after the inspection that were not visible or accessible during the inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

InspectCar's liability is limited to the inspection fee paid. We are not responsible for any purchase decisions made by customers based on the inspection report. We do not guarantee the vehicle's fitness for purchase.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

1. Information We Collect

When you book an inspection, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and location (area/address). We may also collect location data if you use the GPS or Google Maps link feature during booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm, schedule and assign your inspection booking.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp and email.
• To generate and deliver your digital inspection report.
• To improve our services and customer experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your details are only shared with the assigned inspector for the purpose of conducting your inspection. We use Supabase (a secure cloud database) to store booking data.

4. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, inspection updates, and report links via WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by messaging us at +91 9900368006.

5. Data Retention

We retain your booking and vehicle data for up to 2 years for service quality purposes. You may request deletion of your data by emailing info@inspectcar.in.

6. Cookies

Our website may use session storage to temporarily remember your booking progress within a browser session. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you not to share sensitive financial details over chat.

8. Your Rights
